Booking taxis can be expensive, many taxi company websites look like they were made in 1997 and the booking system makes you wonder if anyone is going to show up. These two sites are run by a team of entrepreneurial Cubans.

Yo Te Llevo you can requests quotes directly from taxi drivers. Thus you can see not only who will be driving you but also the vehicle and the price.

A cool feature is the 50% off section, where you can book a ride from a driver that would otherwise have an empty leg (although we did not find anything on offer on this section as of writing).

Pickocar is for shared taxis/colectivos and operates similar routes and prices as other sites.

  • No online payment possible
  • No immediate booking for private cars
