Submission Guidelines
All articles must be original content.
We will not publish content that you have already published or submitted for other websites. Please do not submit articles that you have rewritten or recycled from work that you already published.
We only accept submissions from individuals who have visited the island within the past year.
Articles must be between 800 and 2000 words.
We look for articles about
- Cuban culture (Language, Art, Design, Music, Dance, Food, Architecture, Fashion, History, Events)
- Travel advice and insider’s tips (getting around the island from one destination to another, tips on what to pack)
- Itineraries (best things to do, best places to visit)
Submission Requirements
Before you start writing, send us a pitch with your topic, deadline for submission and examples of previous articles you have written.
We will review each submission carefully and get back to you within a few days.
Please send high resolution photographs with your submission (minimum 1500 pixels in width). If you don’t have photos to submit, let us know and we will source them.
